ORGANIVA currently delivers to all major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on:

  • Sundays

  • Public holidays

  • National holidays

will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Free shipping is automatically applied during checkout when your order qualifies.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via the contact information you provided.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details (where available).

6. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you can monitor your delivery using the tracking information shared after dispatch.

If you have not received your tracking details within the expected processing time, please contact our Customer Support team.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the recipient is unavailable,

  • the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or

  • the package is refused,

the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

ORGANIVA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete delivery information

Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping details before your order is dispatched.

9. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • High order volumes

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Inspect the package before accepting delivery.

  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.

  • Contact ORGANIVA within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our Customer Support team.

We will work with our courier partners to investigate and provide an update.

12. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in eligible locations across Pakistan.

Please ensure the exact payment amount is available when the courier arrives.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

13. International Shipping

At this time, ORGANIVA ships within Pakistan only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
