Welcome to ORGANIVA. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
A return may be requested if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product is defective upon arrival.
- The product is missing from your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Include proof of purchase or your order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare products
- Used beauty products
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team.
- Provide your order number and supporting photos.
- Wait for return approval before sending any product.
- Securely package the approved return.
- Ship the item using the instructions provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be issued through an agreed payment method after verification.
Customers may be asked to provide bank account or digital wallet details to receive their refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product arrived defective.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return & Refund Policy instead.
9. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- An incorrect item sent by ORGANIVA
- A damaged product
- A confirmed manufacturing defect
If the return is approved because of an error on our part, ORGANIVA will arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping costs.
10. Product Quality
Every ORGANIVA product is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch.
As our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur. These natural variations do not indicate a defect and are not eligible for return or refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
ORGANIVA reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.
